+ What is the course structure?
Most of our products are available on demand while our workshops are scheduled for specific times but can be available on demand later.
+ Do I need to verify my email to access my products?

+ My password isn’t working—what should I do?
No problem! The quickest solution is to reset your password using the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new one.
+ I only see the Bass Clef version. Where’s the rest?
All product versions are included in a single ZIP file. If you're only seeing one, it’s likely the ZIP wasn’t fully downloaded or unzipped. Try re-downloading the file from your account. We regularly confirm that all ZIP files contain the correct content (Treble, Bass, and more). Still need help? Contact us and we’ll make sure you’re all set.
